1. Who we are

2. What we collect
Account data (email address, display name, password hash); service data (TradingView username for script access, Discord identity if connected); billing data (handled by our payment processor; Alpha Charts does not store card numbers); usage data (pages viewed, features used, device and approximate location from IP) collected via analytics; communications (support emails).
3. Why we process it
To provide and secure the Service, grant and manage TradingView script access, process payments and prevent fraud, deliver signals and alerts the user configures, provide support, improve the product, and meet legal obligations. Where consent is required (such as non-essential cookies or marketing email), it is requested and can be withdrawn.
4. Sharing
Data is shared only with processors needed to run the Service: the payment processor, email and alert delivery providers, hosting and analytics providers, and Discord where the user connects it. Processors act under contract and do not use the data for their own purposes. Data is not sold.
5. International transfers
Where data is transferred outside the user's jurisdiction, recognised safeguards such as standard contractual clauses are used.
6. Retention
Account data is kept while the account is active and for a limited period afterwards as required for legal, billing and security purposes, then deleted or anonymised.
7. Your rights
Depending on jurisdiction, users may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict or port their data, and to object to certain processing. Requests go to support@iqalgo.com. EU and UK users may also complain to their supervisory authority.
8. Cookies
Essential cookies keep users signed in; optional analytics cookies are used only with consent.

This policy may be updated; the date above reflects the latest version, and material changes will be notified.
