Terms of Service

1. Agreement

These terms govern use of the Alpha Charts website, indicators, screeners, signals, alerts and related services (the "Service"), operated by [COMPANY]. By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these terms.

2. The Service

The Service includes invite-only TradingView scripts, a web application, a market screener, a signals feed and alert delivery. Access to TradingView scripts is granted to the single TradingView username on the user's account. TradingView is a third-party platform with its own terms; Alpha Charts is not affiliated with TradingView.

3. Accounts

Users must provide accurate information and keep credentials secure. Accounts are personal and non-transferable. One account per person.

4. Subscriptions and billing

Paid plans are billed in advance through our payment processor on a monthly, annual or one-time (lifetime) basis. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; access continues until then. Prices may change with notice; changes apply from the next billing period.

Refunds are governed by the Refund Policy at /legal/refund, which forms part of these terms: monthly periods are non-refundable once started, yearly plans are refundable in full within 14 days of first purchase, and billing errors are always corrected.

5. Licence and acceptable use

Subscriptions grant a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the tools. Users must not share access, resell, sublicense, redistribute, decompile, reverse-engineer or copy the scripts or their output for redistribution, or use the Service to build a competing product. Granting access to additional or shared TradingView usernames is prohibited.

6. Intellectual property

All scripts, code, branding, copy and content remain the property of [COMPANY]. Nothing in these terms transfers ownership.

7. Signals and no advice

All output of the Service is informational. The Disclaimer page forms part of these terms.

8. Affiliates

Participation in the affiliate programme is subject to separate terms presented at application. Self-referrals and fraudulent referrals are prohibited and forfeit commission.

9. Termination

Accounts may be suspended or terminated for breach of these terms, including access sharing. On termination, script access is revoked.

10. Disclaimers and liability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent permitted by law, [COMPANY] excludes all warranties and is not liable for trading losses, lost profits, or indirect or consequential damages. Total liability is limited to the amounts paid for the Service in the twelve months before the claim.

11. Changes

These terms may be updated; continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be notified by email or in-app notice.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of [JURISDICTION], and disputes are subject to the courts of [JURISDICTION].
