Refund Policy

1. Low commitment by design

There is no trial period. Plans bill from the day you subscribe and deliver full access, including the TradingView scripts, immediately. The monthly plan keeps the commitment small, and every plan can be cancelled at any time from the Account page.

2. Monthly plans

Monthly subscriptions can be cancelled at any time from the Account page. Cancellation stops the next renewal and access continues to the end of the paid period. Because access to the scripts and platform is delivered immediately and in full, payments for a started monthly period are not refunded.

3. Yearly plans

Yearly subscriptions carry a 14-day money-back window from first purchase. Ask within those 14 days and the payment is returned in full, no questions beyond what helps us improve. After 14 days a yearly plan can still be cancelled at any time and runs to the end of its paid year.

4. Billing mistakes

Duplicate charges, charges after a completed cancellation, or amounts that do not match the listed price are corrected in full, whenever they happened. Contact us with the charge details.

5. Digital content waiver

Where consumer law provides a statutory withdrawal period for digital services, starting a paid plan and receiving script access constitutes a request for immediate performance and acceptance that the statutory withdrawal right lapses once access is granted, to the extent the law permits. Nothing in this policy limits rights that cannot lawfully be waived.

6. How to ask

Use the Contact page with the email on your account. Refunds are returned to the original payment method through our payment processor and typically appear within 5 to 10 business days.
