Withdraw from contract

If you are a consumer in the EU, you can withdraw from your Alpha Charts contract within 14 days of concluding it, without giving a reason. The Refund Policy explains what is refunded. To cancel the next renewal instead, use your Account.
1. Your details
We use these to find your contract. Nothing else is needed.
How it works
- The 14 days start on the day you buy a plan (or started a free trial).
- Withdraw within the 14 days and you get your payment back, less the paid days you used, as the Refund Policy explains. On a plan's first payment the 30 days money back returns it in full instead.
- You can also withdraw by email to support@getalphacharts.com, or with the model form in the Refund Policy.
