Account settings
Settings holds the few things that are genuinely yours: who you are, the TradingView username your indicator access is granted to, your connections, and your sign-in security. Most of it you will set once.
Your TradingView username
This is the one setting that will actually block you. The indicators are invite-only scripts on TradingView, and access is granted to a username — not to the email you signed up with. Until it is linked, there is nothing for us to invite, and the app will keep prompting you.
It is the username, not the display name and not the profile URL. If access has not appeared, this is the first thing to check, and the TradingView setup page walks through the rest. You can change it here whenever you like.
What follows you
Your chats and your saved scripts belong to the account, not to a browser — start a thread on the desktop and it is on your phone. Preferences that are only about this device, such as the light and dark theme, stay on the device.
Security
Change your password from the Security section. The sign-in page's “Remember me for 30 days” is what it says: ticked, the session lasts thirty days; unticked, a day. Signing out clears it either way, on that device.
